Camera Access:
We request camera access solely for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes to comply with regulatory requirements. Your Right to Delete Your Account
Account Deletion Process
User Control: You have the right to delete your account at any time through our mobile application. This option is available in your account settings.
90-Day Deletion Period: Once you request account deletion, your account and all associated data, including your assets and personal information, will be permanently deleted after 90 days.
What Gets Deleted: This includes all personal data, transaction history, digital assets, account preferences, and any other information associated with your account.
Irreversible Process: Please note that after the 90-day period, this deletion is permanent and irreversible. We recommend withdrawing any assets before requesting account deletion.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the mobile application
- Go to Account Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation prompts
- Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 90 days
Security of Your Personal Data
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time.
